2. Our Services

Rightway Global Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides domestic courier, parcel delivery, express logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions throughout India. Service availability may vary depending on destination and operational conditions.

3. Shipment Acceptance

• Customers must provide complete and accurate shipment information.
• Every shipment may be inspected where permitted by law.
• We reserve the right to refuse prohibited or unsafe consignments.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be shipped through our network:

• Illegal goods and prohibited substances.
• Explosives, firearms, ammunition, or hazardous materials.
• Narcotics or controlled drugs.
• Perishable goods without prior approval.
• Currency, jewelry, precious metals, or negotiable securities unless specifically accepted.
• Any item prohibited under Indian law.

5. Packaging Responsibility

The sender is responsible for ensuring that all shipments are packed securely to withstand normal transportation and handling. Improper packaging may result in damage for which the company shall not be liable.

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We will make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries within the expected time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate sender and receiver information.
• Declare the correct shipment contents.
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable laws.
• Pay applicable shipping and additional service charges.

8. Pricing & Payments

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, service type, and applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for remote area delivery, volumetric weight, special handling, storage, or re-delivery.

9. Tracking Services

Shipment tracking is provided for customer convenience. Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to technical or operational reasons.

10. Loss, Damage & Liability

• We exercise reasonable care while handling shipments.
• Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or applicable legal limits.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including business interruption or loss of profits.
• Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 days from delivery or expected delivery date.

11. Force Majeure

Rightway Global Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, war, government actions, transport disruptions, strikes, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

12. Cancellation

Shipment cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch. Once the shipment enters our logistics network, cancellation may not be possible.

13. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for shipment processing, billing, customer support, legal compliance, and service improvement. We respect your privacy and protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, website content, and branding belonging to Rightway Global Corporate Solution Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the company's registered office is located.
